Provide high-quality service to customers, including email/online/ticketing services and support for any related business
Answer customer inquiries, maintain relationships with customers, and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
Adhere to the management and operations manuals, as well as established policies for relevant products issued or approved by Party A, and accept and act on instructions from customers
Seize opportunities for referral business, and introduce products and services to existing and potential customers
Remuneration Package:
RM 2.7k - RM3.5k

Sunway Visio Tower, Cheras.

10am - 7pm (Monday - Friday)
