Description:Responsible for Accident PortfolioResponsible for underwriting of Conventional & Takaful businesses (for new and existing Accident, Travel & Scheme/Affinity products)Incorporate analytics and data-driven decision making into product and portfolioEnsure compliance with relevant internal and external standardsAssist in development of underwriting strategy and guidelineEnsure policy documents are develop and sign-offBuild strong partnerships with stakeholders across the business unitProvide technical underwriting support, training and guidance in respect of product and underwritingJob RequirementCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mathematics, Social Science/Sociology or equivalentAt least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this positionExcellent verbal and written communication skills
