Requirements

• SPM certificate / fresh grads (no experiences required)
• Proficient in English and Traditional Mandarin
• Have no issue to work on 24 hours\' rotational shift with 5 rotational working days (9 hours per shift including 1-hour break time); 6 working days in alternate week for JB office
• Have no issue to based at Petaling Jaya Office / Nusajaya Office
• Able to start working on 28 April 2023

• Need to handle all inbound in regarding to customers\' inquiries and issues regarding food ordering or delivering.
• Using problem solving skills in helping customers on any issues and provide satisfied service to them.
• Work in a team to achieve targeted KPI.

• Monthly Salary: RM 3000 basic + Up to RM 400 KPI + Up to RM 300 Shift Allowance + OT Claim RM 100 - 400 (min RM 10 per hour)
• RM 300 Six Days Allowance for JB office
• 14 Days Annual leaves + 12 Days Medical leaves + EPF + SOCSO
