Job Description
- Data entry skills (experience working with Customer Relationship Management) will be an advantage.
- Providing help and support to the customers\' requests, feedback and complaints, subsequent provision of guidance via online chat and outbound calls;
- Supporting online registrations of users;
- Database maintenance.
- Online training course from the first day of work;
- Work from spacious and well equipped office;
- 5 day working week, Monday-Friday 09.00am-18.00pm;
- Annual increase depending on your performance;
- Possible professional growth.
