About Our Client
Our client is a Global Manufacturing Organization with aggressive growth plans and they are currently seeking a competent Utilities Lead.- Manage and lead a team of maintenance engineers & technicians
- Provide direction, guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans to ensure reliability of the utilities systems
- Develop and manage budget for maintenance activities including spare parts and equipment repairs
- Oversee the troubleshooting and diagnosis equipment malfunctions and lead the implementation of corrective actions
- Work cross functionally with other departments to ensure a coordinated approach to utilities maintenance
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive, analytical and strong problem solving skills
- Proven track record in managing the maintenance a wide range of utilities including steam boiler operations, heating, steam, condensate, compressed air, vacuum, hot water, hydronic and so on
- Working knowledge of Electrical Safe Work procedures
- Experience with BMS/ELV is an advantage
