Job Responsibilities & Requirements

The UX & marketing copywriter is responsible for creating compelling and persuasive written content that promotes Mudah.my services and offers. This role requires a strong understanding of marketing and user experience principles, as well as excellent writing skills.

The main responsibilities of a UX & Marketing copywriter include:

• Writing and editing engaging copy for a variety of mediums, including web pages, blog posts, emails, social media posts, product descriptions, brochures, and other marketing materials.
• Collaborating with marketing teams and other stakeholders to understand marketing objectives and create content that aligns with those objectives.
• Conducting research on industry trends, competitor activities, and target audience to inform marketing campaigns and content creation.
• Ensuring all content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with the brand\'s voice and tone.
• Collaborating with designers and other creatives to develop visuals and graphics that complement written content.
• Interpreting creative direction and technical information and turning them into persuasive copy concepts.
• Collaborating with the UX team and other designers that may require instructional copy direction.
• Create user-centric copy for digital interfaces, error messages, tooltips, and interactive elements.
• Collaborate with design and development teams to align copy with the overall user experience.
• Iterate and optimize copy based on user feedback and A/B testing results.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Strong writing and editing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure are also essential.
• Knowledge and experience in writing with the best SEO practices in mind.
• Fluent in both Bahasa and English in terms of writing, and also speaking and comprehension.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor\'s degree in journalism, media, or marketing.
• Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in copywriting preferably in a marketing or advertising setting.
• Experience copywriting for an e-commerce platform.
