Key Responsibilities *
Strategy and Planning
- Team Lead role to overseas Acquiring projects for Malaysia leading to successful implementation of :
- Business inititiative projects, not limited to POS, MPOS, eCommerce, RPS, QR related
- Visa, MasterCard, UnionPay, Paynet and JCB system enhancements and compliances
- Production fixes
- Other regulatory bodies system enhancements
- Review system design to ensure flexible and scalable
- Review system cost to ensure reasonable and justifiable
- Report project status to management
- Co-ordinate between users and IT application teams on system related problems.
- Document and maintain procedures
- Oversees the development and implementation of products/services on system related matter to ensure that they are implemented effectively and meeting customer expectation.
- Develops network and ensuring responsible communication with stakeholders to enhance smooth implementation of initiatives
- Develops teams of Acquiring Subject Matter Expert to support business goals
- Develops, builds and leads an effective and cohesive team that operates seamlessly.
- Ensures Acquiring systems are in compliance with Group and local regulations
- Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements (eg. BNM and Paynet) and external auditors
- Ensures compliance with Mastercard, Visa, Paynet, JCB and UPI
