Salary: MYR 4,000 - MYR 5,500 Per Month

Requirements:

Proven experience in video production, content operations, or project management.

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Adobe Suite and Digital Tools is an advantage.

Passionate about video content, branding, and digital marketing.

Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the video team -- assign tasks, schedule projects, and monitor completion.

Analyze video performance data to improve engagement, branding, and visibility.

Develop and manage budgets, coordinate with other departments, and share knowledge/results.

Develop and implement strategies to boost brand awareness and viewer retention.

Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns and to enhance brand impact.
