Salary: MYR 4,000 - MYR 5,500 Per Month

Requirements:

Proven experience in video production, content operations, or project management

Strong leadership and organizational skills

Data-driven and results-oriented mindset

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin is an advantage)

Passionate about video content, branding, and digital marketing

Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the video team -- assign tasks, schedule projects, and monitor completion

Analyze video performance data to improve engagement, branding, and visibility

Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and deliver high-quality results

Develop and implement strategies to boost brand exposure and viewer retention

Collaborate with the marketing team to plan campaigns and enhance brand impact
