We are seeking an experienced VOIP Network Engineer to join our team and lead the development and implementation of a Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) system capable of serving 50-100 (simcards) lines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for integrating the system with our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and ensuring that it fulfills the following critical requirements:

• Call Recording: The system should automatically record all calls for quality assurance and training purposes.
• Whisper Function: Managers should be able to monitor calls and speak to the salesperson without the client hearing, which is known as the whisper function.
• Cut Function: Managers should be able to enter the call directly and speak with both the salesperson and client, which is known as the cut function.
• Report Generation: The system should generate detailed reports for all calls, allowing for in-depth analysis of call data.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and deploy a VOIP system that meets the company\'s requirements.
• Integrate the VOIP system with the company\'s CRM system.
• Create detailed technical specifications and test plans.
• Perform unit testing, system testing, and integration testing.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for the system.
• Conduct training sessions for users.
• Ensure the security, reliability, and scalability of the system.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying VOIP systems.
• Experience with VICIdial, xlite/asttecs, and Cisco VoIP is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of networking and network protocols (TCP/IP, SIP, RTP).
• Experience in integrating VOIP systems with other technologies, such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Primary Language: Mandarin (As require to liaise with Mandarin/Cantonese Speaking Clients due to work nature)
