To plan, schedule and manage training sessions of technical training programs according to the Training Needs Analysis Results
To coordinate with Dealer Competence Coaches with regards to Technical Training enrolment using NAVIGATOR Learning Management System
Prepare technical training materials and training aids for each technical training session
Present information using a variety of instructional techniques or formats, such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, or lectures
Evaluate training materials, such as outlines, text, or handouts
Design, plan, organize and deliver technical related trainings for both new hires and existing employees as per Organizational Training Calendar and on boarding plan.
Conduct specific requested technical training for fleet customers
Coordinate and manage VISTA program for Market Malaysia.
Represent VT Malaysia in Service Market forums for all technical training related matters.
Provide support to Human Resources team when it comes to collaboration activities with local Technical Schools and Universities, when necessary, to secure future hiring of competent Technicians that meets the business needs.
To participate in projects that required technical training support
To attend any Technical TTT organized by Volvo as and when needed
To conduct annual Technician Upgrading Exercise/Test
To provide support to both owned dealers and private dealers with regards to Technical trainings
Monitor, evaluate, and record training activities or program effectiveness and provide structured reports to management.

Your Profile
Holds a relevant university degree in Automotive Engineering
Minimum 5 years of experience in designing, developing and delivering technical trainings in the Automotive Industry.
Theory, principles, practices and techniques of training and instruction, particularly as related to adult development.
Methods and techniques for conducting training needs assessment and designing training programs
Theory, principles, practices, techniques, and tools applicable to organizational improvement analysis and improvement interventions
