Job Responsibilities Recruitment Strategy: Devise and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy in alignment with the company\'s business objectives, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified candidates. Team Leadership Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of recruiters and hiring specialists, offering guidance, coaching, and support for effective and efficient recruitment processes. Talent Sourcing Oversee candidate sourcing through diverse channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and collaborations with educational institutions. Selection Process Design and oversee the entire selection process, managing stages from resume screening and interviewing to assessments and onboarding, ensuring a thorough and efficient candidate evaluation. Employer Branding Enhance the organization\'s employer brand, making it an appealing destination for potential candidates, and maintain positive candidate relationships throughout the hiring journey. Job Requirements Proven Experience: Demonstrate a minimum of 10 years of recruitment experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial capacity. Strategic Thinker Exhibit strong strategic thinking skills, capable of developing and implementing recruitment strategies aligned with the company\'s overarching goals. Knowledge Of HR Tech Possess proficiency in utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software, and other HR technology to streamline and optimize the recruitment process.
