Assist in the day-to-day administrative operations of the warehouse.
Maintain accurate inventory records and update the warehouse management system (WMS) regularly.
Prepare and process shipping and receiving documents, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping labels.
Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies or inventory shortages to the superior.
Support the scheduling and organization of shipments and deliveries.
Conduct regular audits of inventory and assist with annual stock-taking processes.
Respond to customer inquiries related to orders and shipments promptly and professionally.
Assist with data entry and maintain filing systems for documentation.
Collaborate with other departments to improve operational efficiency and workflow.
Any other duties assigned by the Management.
Carry out any other duties assigned by superior from time to time.
Requirements:
Diploma in logistics, supply chain management, or equivalent.
Previous experience in warehouse administration or logistics is an advantage.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations in a warehouse setting is a plus.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
Can start work immediately will be an added advantage.
