RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Oversee the operations process of the warehouse (from sales order to delivery order)
  • Monitor and keep a good track of inventory by ensuring data accuracy
  • Plan, manage and coordinate daily warehouse operations
  • Plan, manage and coordinate delivery schedule and daily transport delivery
  • Monitor incoming and outgoing warehouse products and ensure stock is arranged according to category
  • Assist in stock counting periodically
  • Submit purchase request for operating items with low stock level
  • Coordinate the maintenance and upkeep of company vehicles
  • Liaise closely with internal staff and external parties including customers, suppliers, transporters and outsource agents.
  • Monitoring company vehicles and premises maintenance.
  • Assist HR in monitoring staff attendance and performance
  • Prepare and submit monthly reports for review
  • Ensure proper record filling and documentation of reports.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Primary Language(s): Mandarin
  • Possess at least SPM qualification in any related field
  • Preferably 3-5 years\' working experience in a similar field.
  • Result-oriented with excellent communications skills
  • Able to work independently and as a team
  • Possess own vehicle and must be computer literate
