Job Description

  • Previous experience in warehouse operations or administration, preferably in a similar role.
  • Able to communicate with English /Mandarin /Bahasa Malaysia
  • Looking for a stable and permanent job
Responsibilities
  • Monitor stock levels, track incoming and outgoing shipments, and reconcile any discrepancies.
  • Conduct regular physical counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the procurement team to coordinate stock replenishment and maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Process and maintain paperwork related to warehouse operations, such as purchase orders, invoices, delivery receipts, and shipping documents.
  • Prepare shipping labels, packing lists, and other necessary documentation for outgoing shipments.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements, including health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams, including procurement, logistics, and customer service, to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
  • Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and other external stakeholders to coordinate shipments, resolve issues, and provide updates on order status.
