Warehouse Administrator

Job Description




Duties & responsibilities;

  • Assist in daily management of inventory - data entry and inventory of all incoming and outgoing stocks,
  • Assist in receiving and checking of condition of stocks, proper arrangement for storage
  • Assist to coordinate logistics and delivery of stocks between sales team to clients
  • Tracking of orders to ensure timely deliveries
  • Timely update to sales team and clients on delivery status
  • Preparing logistics documents - sales invoice, delivery order, purchase order etc.
  • Other general duties within the warehouse as required.
Job Requirements

Skills & qualification;
  • Minimum 1 years\' experience in warehousing experience with logistics operations or in a similar capacity,
  • Skilled in MS Office & Outlook,
  • Highly organized and responsible,
  • Strong administrative/clerical skills
