Job Description

Duties & responsibilities - Assist in daily management of inventory \xe2\x80\x93 data entry and inventory of all incoming and outgoing stocks - Assist in receiving and checking of condition of stocks, proper arrangement for storage - Assist to coordinate logistics and delivery of stocks between sales team to clients - Tracking of orders to ensure timely deliveries - Timely update to sales team and clients on delivery status - Preparing logistics documents \xe2\x80\x93 sales invoice, delivery order, purchase order etc. - Other general duties within the warehouse as required Skills & qualification - Minimum 1 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in warehousing experience with logistics operations or in a similar capacity - Skilled in MS Office & Outlook - Highly organized and responsible - Strong administrative/clerical skills
