Job Description

:

-Maintain arrange and keep stock records of the stores according various location (Tiong Nam, Lot 15,23, Chiller, frozen Goods, Dry Goods, Packaging materials)

-Work closely with Logistics, production, purchasing and Finance Department Maintain and update relevant SOP.

-Organize the maintenance of the frozen storage, equipment and facilities.

-Receiving and reconciling goods at Tiong Nam.

-You are responsible for all warehouse operations linked to receiving and distribution operations.

-Maintain the hygiene, storage arrangement and proper functioning of the stores.

-Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.

-Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts, reconciling with data storage system.

-Maintains physical condition of warehouse, planning for logistic and implementing , inspecting equipment, issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.

-Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results.

-Maintain warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring and appraising job results.

-Daily site verification for warehouse storage area cleanliness and store arrangement.

-Site inspection for goods sending or receiving (Inbound: Cross check with DO, Outbound: Cross check with DO)Verified the all documents submitted by operation team (daily)Monitor and control all incoming and outgoing physical stock from warehouse store to external and internal party.

-All goods transfer must have documentation (signed and verified respective personnel).

-All stock door shall be locked unless there is withdrawal or incoming activity with form signed.

-Reconcile for total physical stock withdrawal from warehouse with delivery order in daily basis.

- Answerable if any variance. Verified the pre-plan goods to be sent to Tiong Nam in next day (From Sales , Production & WH operation team) and inform logistic executive before 5:30pm every day.

-Arrange the driver to standby to send goods to Tiong Nam.

-Check to ensure delivery of goods to be sent out in next day arranged in proper way (All stock shall arrange at loading freezer).

-Check to ensure all sales picking list must be signed by packing station when goods passed to them

-Plan and monitor the cleaning schedule of freezer, loading freezer, dry store and Lot 15Check all equipment's in the store room to ensure that the equipment's are in good condition

-Daily checking of warehouse documents and verified (eg:Fresh fish balance report, temperature report, SQL document, Goods receive note & etc.

-Supervise and assign job staff and reported to Operation manager in daily basis.

-Check SQL stock balance & physical stock balance- MOQ for trading, packing material, chemical and processed stock Check and verified monthly stock reconciliation report of all location.

-Ensure all lories are all in good condition before delivery.

To maximize space capacity in freezer and dry store (Lot 23,15).

-Plan and monitor of all import and export containers (Examples: apply import permit and container trucking arrangement)

-Monitor temperature for all internal Warehouse.

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
