A minimum of at least 3 to 5 years in any Facility Management Delivery Function.
At least 3 to 5 years experience in Facility Management environment
Good knowledge of OSHA policies and procedures.
Knowledge of electrical power systems
Ability to communicate with all levels of staff.
Team player.

Responsibilities
Responsible for the general upkeep and maintenance of the building, surrounding and infrastructure (electricity, air- conditioning, water and plumbing (toilet), telephony services, pump room, gent set, landscaping and etc.).
Making sure that the building are properly maintained and kept in good working order and meets health and safety standards and legal requirements
To manage the security - monitor security surveillance and compliance of our security policies.
Advising on energy efficiency.
Responsible for coordination with in house workers for 24 x 7 maintenance team, cleaners\' team and external contractors.
To negotiate the best deals with contractors and suppliers.
Responsible for the cleanliness of the property, waste disposal, catering and parking and making sure that any vending or catering that takes place on premises meets code requirements, and managing the space in the building so that IT is used efficiently.
To liaise with SECOM if there is any emergency and pre-alert management if need arise.
Conduct inspection of facility management services and maintenance.
To do inspection of all Fire extinguishers in the warehouses building as a whole with the approved vendors as per schedule.
Assist in the induction program to new contractors.
Monitor emergency and evacuation procedures
