Warehouse Manager

Job Description
Location: Dengkil, Selangors:
- Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations
- Set up the layout to ensure efficient space utilization.
- Initiate, coordinate, and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.
- Adhere strictly to all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements.
- Manage stock control and reconcile it with the data storage system.
- Recruit, Supervise, Coaching, Train, Motivate employee.
- Overseeing and Monitoring of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency
- Overseeing the movement, storage, and distribution of goods or materials
- Monitoring the finished goods to ensure the SOP of the system FIFO
- Prioritize workplace safety precautions and ensure compliance with safety standards for employees.
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and ISO requirements.
- Able to implement process improvement initiatives
- Prepare reports
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Logistic/Transportation, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 6-7 year(s) of working experience in warehouse management procedures and best practices
- Leadership & Staff management skills is a MUST.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
