• Minimum of one year of experience in e-commerce warehouse management.
• Familiarity with warehouse operation processes, preferably with experience using WMS (Warehouse Management System).
• Proficient in computer usage and skilled in using office software.
• Hardworking, diligent, and responsible; exhibits good conduct and has no undesirable habits.

Tanggungjawab

• Verify the quantity of inventory in the ERP system, local warehouse, and in-transit inventory, and promptly record inventory details. Prepare monthly inventory adjustment statements, identify existing issues, propose corresponding solutions, and report to superiors in a timely manner.
• Familiarize oneself with the system and check system inventory data to ensure accuracy. Enter inventory data in a timely manner.
• Strictly adhere to the company\'s rules and regulations, maintain accurate accounting records, and ensure consistency between records and actual inventory.
• Provide reasonable suggestions for warehouse management improvement.
• Manage the inbound and outbound processes of warehouse products and conduct regular inventory counts.
• Responsible for warehouse safety management, including regular inspections of warehouse goods and maintaining a dry environment. Pay attention to fire prevention and moisture control, and turn off power when leaving the warehouse.
• Complete other temporary tasks assigned by superiors.
