Job Description

1. According to the warehouse management system and batch management requirements, classify and stack incoming products, hang tags and labels, and make entry and exit data record cards; 2. Responsible for the inventory and verification of incoming and outgoing goods, and timely and accurate registration of daily incoming and outgoing data; Ensure monthly inventory and cooperate with superior departments to verify physical items; 3. Master the safety inventory of items, and timely and reasonably report the highest and lowest inventory information to superior departments based on seasonal changes in production; 4. Chemical substances and toxic and harmful substances should be classified, stored, labeled, and recorded in and out of storage; 5. Submit warehouse related records to the department office for archiving at the end of the month; 6. The warehouse should be clean and hygienic, and the inner packaging, outer packaging, and auxiliary material warehouse should be well ventilated and dust-free. The warehouse should do a good job in pest and rodent prevention for the items in the warehouse, and promptly report the items that have become moldy to the superior department; 7. Make backups of various original documents and computer data.
