Position Summary

Principal Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the Logistics department comprising of Shipping, Warehouses (Finished Goods and Raw Materials) and ETO operations.
2. Responsible for the day to day operations of the raw materials support, products sterilization and shipping by ensuring the work flow and supervision of the team is effective and obstacles to the processes are cleared.
3. To minimize damage shipments and shipping discrepancies by taking effective measures to correct and overcome the deficiencies encountered.
4. To monitor outgoing shipment freight on their lead and cycle time performances to customers and liaise closely with shipping / transport agents in speed, efficiency and costs improvements.
5. Ensure inventory accuracy of raw materials and finished goods products are maintained within the set goals.
6. To ensure the smooth operations of ETO sterilization for internal and external loads are carried out in accordance to the schedule as provided from planning department.
7. To monitor ETO chamber system\xe2\x80\x99s safe performance and efficiency and ensure that the ETO team work closely with the Engineering and EHS team on these matters.
8. Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets and continuously look for improvements to operations functions.
9. Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
10. Comply with laws, regulations and OHS&E requirements
11. Working proactively with various departments to realize efficiencies and manage expectations
12. Participate in personnel development at all levels through talent acquisition, performance management, providing opportunity for high performers, education, communication, expectation setting, and self-actualization
13. To plan the budget and ensure the spending is within control.
14. Perform related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates

Education / Experience Requirements

Qualification :
Degree in Business or Transportation / Logistics Management. Experience :
4-5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Logistic / Warehouse management.
Good analytical, problem solving and organizational skills with competent use of Microsoft Office applications tools.
Have networking skills with the freight forwarders and other agencies involved in the freight / transportation industry.
