Responsibilities

0-1 construction of new warehouses and daily operation of e-commerce warehouses
Responsible for daily warehouse receipt, shelving, tally, order collection, picking, sorting, packaging, shipping, etc., ensuring that final order operations are completed on time, with quality, and quantity
Warehouse production safety management, personnel efficiency improvement, production quality control
Formulate the responsibilities of each position in the warehouse, and evaluate the work of department management personnel
Supervise the implementation of the company\'s rules and regulations to motivate employees
Publicize the company\'s corporate culture to employees, and distribute the company\'s operational objectives and policies
Coordinate and communicate with upstream and downstream departments and customers in the work to maintain the company\'s image and interests
