Responsible and accountable for the following tasks: Monitor all operations matters that related to ZP Kuantan Motivate and encourage teamwork within the team to ensure productivity targets are met Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols Customer satisfaction is priority Ensure customer service is to the optimum at all the times Handle customer complaints tactfully Develop SOP for smooth operation Warehouse is Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) compliance To ensure Branch complies with all requirements of Internal & External Audits. Ie ISO, Sedex, Zuellig Pharma, etc To ensure on time submission of internal & external monthly KPI report for Branch To ensure all monthly billing process being complied, accurate and meeting deadline To ensure truck management plan in ie. Truck maintenance plan, inspection, records, etc Ad hoc task if required
