Location: Mak Mandin, Butterworth - Penang We are seeking a highly competent and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team. As the Warehouse Manager, you will responsible for overseeing all warehouse related activities and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse facilities. If you have a strong background in warehouse management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for optimizing warehouse processes, we would like to hear from you. To be a successful Manager, you should possess exceptional leadership skills and maintain the company\'s high standard of customer service. Ultimately, a top-notch warehouse manager should be able to display extensive knowledge of warehouse management systems and have excellent analytical skills. . Fulfilling departmental budget . Strategically managing the warehouse in compliance with the company\'s policies, budget, and vision . Managing and leading the operation team\'s performance to ensure day-to-day operations activities are carried out systematically and smoothly . Developing, implementing, and continually improving warehouse operating procedures, processes, and systems . Setting up layout and ensuring efficient space utilization . Adhering to all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements . Responsible for inventory management, maintaining adequate stock levels, stock accuracy, and data credibility . Ensuring that all store equipment and forklifts are always in good condition . Maintaining standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security . Promoting safe work activities by conducting safety audits and attending company safety meetings . to perform ad-hoc jobs whenever required. . Bachelor\'s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or any related field . At least 8 years of experience as a warehouse manager in a similar industry . Possess a good personality and a positive attitude . Leadership skills and ability to manage staff . Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills . Excellent interpersonal skills and able to interact with people at all levels . Candidates who can start work in a short period of time will have an advantage.
