Job Description


Job Responsibility Supervise and lead warehouse staff, ensuring smooth operations and efficient use of resources. Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to optimize inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving processes. Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels and implement cycle counting and stock control procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities. Ensure adherence to health and safety standards within the warehouse environment. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and productivity. Job Requirements Bachelor\'s degree or Masters in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field. Proven experience in warehouse operations preferably in a managerial or supervisory role. In-depth knowledge of warehouse management principles. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems. Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods.
