• Experience - Minimum 5 years experiences in similar capacity and strong operational background
• Knowledge - Good knowledge of warehousing and shipping terms, ISO 9001 standard, and OSHA knowledge will be added advantage.
• Attitude - Resourceful, tactful in handling problems and analytical
• Ability to interact with all level of people
• Goal-driven and dynamic
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.

• Implement daily jobs according to schedule and ensure sufficient manpower for projects.
• Ensure all WMS related activities are updated and completed on time including outbound orders and inbound via handheld device.
• To conduct stock count and cycle counts as requested.
• Liaise with and support the Operations department during stock take.
• Liaise with transporters and haulers to ensure delivery is completed on time.
• Assist the manager to handle client, insurer, adjuster, surveyor and relevant contractor in case of cargo damage.
• Avoid wastage of facilities (electricity, water, etc.)
• Assist the manager in the execution of duties related to on boarding and handling of new clients.
• Organize and co-ordinate value-adding jobs.
• To report to the manager and assist in investigation and stock count in case of discrepancies or damages found or short or loss.
• To recommend workforce overtime to the manager.
• Experience in E-comm will be added advantages
