Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Seri Kembangan. The Warehouse Operations Lead

will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, managing inventory,

optimizing warehouse processes, and ensuring efficient order fulfillment. This role

requires strong leadership skills to supervise warehouse staffs, maintain accurate

records, and address any operational issues.

1. Client Relations Management:

- Establish and maintain strong client relationships to enhance satisfaction and drive

revenue growth.

- Serve as the main point of contact for post-sales, handling inquiries, concerns, and

providing top-notch customer service.

- Work collaboratively with various teams to ensure effective communication and

service delivery.

2. Customer Service Excellence:

- Handle customer queries and issues related to warehouse operations.

- Monitor and enhance customer satisfaction levels by proactively identifying and

addressing areas for improvement.

- Resolve any challenges or problems encountered during warehouse operations

promptly.

3. Internal/External Communication:

- Promote clear communication within the warehouse team and across departments.

- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and stakeholders for seamless

operations.

4. Team Leadership:

- Manage and oversee a team of warehouse personnel, such as pickers, packers, and

forklift operators.

- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to help the team achieve performance

goals.

5. Process Improvement and Optimization:

- Identify and address operational inefficiencies to enhance processes.

- Drive initiatives to automate and streamline operations through technology and

best practices.

- Collaborate with diverse teams to implement new systems, technologies, and

process enhancements.

Qualifications

Experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and order

fulfillment

Knowledge of warehouse best practices and process optimization

Leadership skills to manage warehouse staff and drive operational efficiency

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Experience with e-commerce logistics is a plus

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business

Administration, or related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
