Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Kitting Operations
: Oversee the kitting process to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of materials to the production lines.-
Receiving and Inbound Management
: Supervise the receiving and inspection of materials, ensuring that all incoming shipments are accurate and meet quality standards.-
Inventory Control
: Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular cycle counts, and ensure stock levels are optimized to meet production demands.-
Team Leadership
: Lead, train, and motivate the warehouse team to meet productivity goals and maintain a safe working environment-
Process Improvement
: Identify opportunities for improving warehouse processes and implement best practices to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.-
Coordination
: Collaborate closely with the production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely supply of materialsAny other duties assigned.Requirements:
-Minimum Diploma / relevant experience in warehouse or logistics.
-Strong leadership and team management skills.
-Good knowledge of stock management systems (Excel/ERP).
-Able to work in a fast-moving FMCG environment.
-Willing to be hands-on and solve problems on the ground.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
