a) Assist Service Advisor & CRE with warranty judgement using knowledge of Warranty Policies & Technical Diagnosis.
b) Perform warranty claims application.
c) Ensure all warranty claims application according to warranty policies requirements & guidelines.
d) Assist Proton PIC on any queries and auditing.
e) Manage all warranty defective parts as per warranty policies.
f) Perform any other duties as may be specified by the Company from time to time.
Requirement:
a) Minimum SPM or above.
b) Candidate with relevant working experience is preferred.
c) Computer literate.
d) Language: English & Bahasa Malaysia required.
