Must be able to cook high-quality and delicious Western dishes like sizzling items, seafood fried rice, chicken/lamb chop, fish fillet, lamb steak, aglio olio, chilli chicken, pasta etc within the specialty section and Experience of more than 4 years .
Should be able to work weekends and public holidays
Patient - listen and understand various needs of the team members
Passionate - loves cooking and constantly improves culinary techniques.
Ensure effective communication between staff by maintaining a secure and friendly and non-political working environment.
Assisting in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes
Assisting with the management of health and safety, food hygiene practices
Monitoring portion and waste control
Overseeing the maintenance of kitchen and food safety standards
Diligent with food handling skills.
