Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and other platforms in a courteous and timely manner
Provide accurate information on products, services, and company policies
Resolve customer concerns and issues effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
Escalate complex matters to relevant departments when necessary
Document all customer interactions in the CRM system accurately
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer service or call center role (remote experience is an advantage)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
Proficiency in using CRM tools, email systems, and other communication platforms
Reliable internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace
Ability to manage time effectively in a remote working environment
