Main Responsibilities:
1. Workday System Maintenance:
- Perform regular system audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday configurations and processes.
- Collaborate with IT and HR teams to implement system updates and enhancements.
- Customize and optimize Workday modules to meet the specific needs of our construction business.
- Provide expertise in areas such as Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, and Absence Management.
- Work closely with IT and external vendors to manage integrations with other business systems.
- Ensure data flow between Workday and other applications is seamless.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Workday Specialist or similar role, with a focus on configuration and optimization.
- In-depth knowledge of Workday modules and functionality.
