Account Executive (account Payable)
Job Description
\xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for Account Payable reporting for journal entries, adjustment and inter-co billing and reconciliation \xe2\x80\xa2 Balance sheet accounts reconciliation (accruals, hire purchase) \xe2\x80\xa2 Monthly GST submission and tax preparation \xe2\x80\xa2 Review and verify supplier invoices and accounting posting \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare reports and analyse cash flow, bank statement and balance sheet \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in year-end Audit \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist with other projects and ad-hoc as needed Requirement \xe2\x80\xa2 Diploma / Degree in Accounting or professional qualification by MIA/ACCA/CIMA/LCCI or equivalent \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 of working experience, preferably with experience in general ledger and management reporting. \xe2\x80\xa2 Audit and Tax environment an added advantage. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong knowledge in MS Excel \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge in MYOB will be advantage
