Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
Generate new leads and develop business opportunities in the IT solutions and services industry.
Conduct product presentations and solution proposals to prospective clients.
Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and customer agreements.
Account Management
Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in corporate and SME sectors.
Provide continuous support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions and products.
Market Engagement
Identify and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands in Penang and Northern region.
Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities to build brand presence.
Collaboration & Coordination
Coordinate with technical, project, and support teams for project delivery and after-sales service.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth processing of sales orders and proposals.
Reporting
Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.
Maintain accurate CRM records and client documentation.
Requirements
Qualifications
Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Engineering, or related field.
Sales certifications or IT-related certifications are an advantage.
Experience
Minimum 2-5 years of sales experience in IT solutions, system integration, networking, or related field.
Experience in B2B and enterprise accounts preferred.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,200.00 per month
