Responsibilities
Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and managing office supplies.
Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and reconciliation of accounts.
Prepare financial statements, budgets, and reports.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments and manage staff calendars.
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
Manage company records, including contracts, policies and confidential documents.
Assist in payroll processing and maintaining employee records.
Provide support in HR-related tasks such as recruitment, onboarding and employee relations.
Monitor office expenses and assist in budget preparation.
Handle correspondence, including emails, letters, packages, and phone calls.
Other dues and responsibilities as and when assigned by the company.
