  • Responsible for the full set accounting.
  • Ensure timely billing to stakeholders and compliance with AR & AP procedures by generating and raising invoices, debit, and credit notes.
  • Monitor the cash-flow position and ensure adequate fund for operation.
  • Manage recruitment, hiring and onboarding
  • Process payroll
  • Maintain employee record
  • Monitoring staff performance, attendance and conduct disciplinary actions
  • Maintain office equipment and office supplies
  • Undertake all other Human Resource, office administrative tasks and any other ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements
  • posses at least a recognised Diploma/ Professional Degree (Finance/ Accountancy /Banking or equivalent)
  • Relevant experience is an advantage
  • Able to write and speak fluent English
  • Has experience with Autocount software is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently
Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month Benefits:
