:
Mainly handle AR and student installment schedule - verification of invoices/issuing receipt/petty cash reimbursement, accounting entry, etc
Prepare weekly collection and other related reports.
Liaison with students and parents and closely monitor credit control and collection process.
Assist in Administration including loan application and minor inventory control.
Ability to work independently with a positive attitude.
Requirements:
Required language(s): English, Malay, and Mandarin (must assist Chinese-speaking students frequently).
Knowledge of AutoCount Accounting Software will be an added advantage.
Familiar with MS Office especially MS Excel.
Mature, self-responsibility, problem-solving, and ability to work independently.
Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Must be willing to work in USJ 1, Subang Jaya.
Able to work 5 1/2 days with alternate Saturdays off.
