Professional Certificate / LCCI in accounts and finance, or Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent
Preferably 2-3 years in related fields.
Able to handle full sets of accounts
Must be able to execute all necessary paper work in all aspects of accounting and tax preparations
Meticulous and maintains a high level of integrity at all times
Able to work independently, under pressure and meet datelines
Computer literate, experience with automated accounting system, good in Microsoft Excel, Access and Word
Good written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia and / or Mandarin
Experience in liaising with auditors and tax agents is preferred.
Responsibilities
Accounts:
Manage and oversee the full spectrum of accounting activities, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliation.
Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
Liaise with auditors and tax agents for year-end auditing processes.
Collaborate with external parties to ensure compliance with tax regulations and filings.
Payroll Preparation:
Prepare monthly payroll for employees accurately and in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
Manage the submission of statutory requirements such as EPF, SOCSO, and Income Tax.
Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
