  • Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Business Administration or other relevant field
  • Min 2 years relevant working experience
  • Fresh graduates may apply for the position

  • Advanced skill in Microsoft Office e.g Excel, Word and Powerpoint
  • Fast learner and able to work under pressure to meet the projects deadline
  • Able to work in a team and work independently
  • Good communication, reporting writing and presentation skills
  • Language Proficiency : Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin Language is an added advantage
ResponsibilitiesJob Responsibilities (Visa Management):
  • Support the travel arrangement for any internal or external meeting / event including hotel, travel insurance, visa and flight booking
  • To ensure travel arrangement, hotel and flight bookings for employees, participants, customer vendor, senior management team process is done accordingly
  • Working closely with the Visa Officer in ensuring the check list is updated
  • Assist in compiling complete documents for employee visa and guardian visa application
  • Collecting the invoices from all vendors
  • Make payment all the Monthly Bill / Invoices vendor on time and before the cut off the month
  • Issue the PR, PO and PA in the system on monthly basis and liaise with Finance department on payment
  • Prepare the monthly report for PR, PO and PA
  • Submit the master list to the related department for the monthly deductions e.g utilities, Time Wifi Billing and etc.
Job Responsibilities (Hostel Management):
  • Managing overall Hostel sections and administrations including complaints and welfare aspect of the hostel and also maintenance, cleanliness and facilities in the hostel
  • Responsible for all aspects of hostel management in accordance with Act 446 and social compliance standard
  • To formulate new hostel policies, to review and revise existing hostel procedures, rules & regulations from time to time in align with government requirement and legislation.
  • Managing 24 hours Engineering / Technical Operations on hostels for foreign worker / local employees. This including Real Estate Management to manage building licensing, operational permit through local agencies, etc.
  • Identify areas for improvement to overall hostels\' monitoring and management
  • Responsible to ensure health and security of workers in hostel as well as to provide hygiene guidelines and safety precaution.
  • Carry out regular hostel audits and support fire drill exercise
  • Proactive and providing support to ensure the hostel surrounding environment is safe, good condition including arrangement of ad-hoc hostel warden duty
  • Ensure the hostel buildings, fixtures, fittings remain to the highest possible standard
  • Assists the Superior in compiling management reports, budget, and other activities as required from time to time.
  • Conduct training and build awareness among workers in ensuring high standards of cleanliness are maintained throughout the hostel.
  • Support other functions and duties assigned by the Management from time to time as and when required
Job Responsibilities (Services and Canteen Management):ESD Services :-
  • Clean and clear the ESD room, arrange and tidy up the ESD clothes, slipper and cap
  • Send to laundry through supplier the dirty ESD uniforms and caps for cleaning
  • Stock take record of ESD uniforms e.g clothes, slippers and cap. Missing items, broken items and distribution list
Locker Services :-
  • Setting up, distribution and labelling new locker. Clearing up locker for terminate and resign staff
  • Ensure SOP is adherent for locker
Canteen :-
  • Assists the Superior in planning, executing and monitoring progress of Canteen Management section\'s projects and activities
  • Planning, organizing and monitoring the day to day operations of the canteen vendors
  • Coordinate and communicate with vendors for expatriates and PVP meals arrangement
  • Ensure the canteen vendors compliance with sanitation, hygiene, health and safety legislation and organizational and quality requirements
  • Initiates and coordinates goals, deadlines and projects for the department
  • Develops, implements and review existing policies and procedures to improve operations and function of the department
  • Assists the Superior in compiling management reports, budget, and other general affair activities as required from time to time
  • Managing customers, visitors, government and local authorities\' liaison
  • Support other functions in Admin Department as and when required
