Report to top management;
Attend to all aspects of PA and corporate work;
Draft and manage correspondences, email, and memos;
Schedule and organize appointments for VIPs/visitors;
Circulate agenda, schedule meetings, and take minutes;
Handle highly confidential and sensitive documents;
Liaison with Department Heads and coordinate office activities;
Determine job of top priority and accomplish urgent matters within tight deadlines;
Willing to multitask and accept any other related duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
Prefer the candidate with at least 2 years of experience as PA or similar job;
Proficient in written correspondence in English, Mandarin, and Malay;
Seek for Mandarin-speaking candidate who required to serve Mandarin-speaking clients;
Excellent MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and typing skills;
Able to meet tight deadlines and deliver required results
