Job Description

: 1. Performs administrative and clerical tasks. 2. Drafting memo, correspondence, letter and announcement. 3. Assist for maintaining records of equipment inventory, usage, and repair needs to ensure the effectiveness of operations. 4. Coordinating with vendors to ensure that ordering is delivered on time. 5. Assist in ad-hoc duties assigned. Job Requirement : 1. Minimum Diploma required, preferably in Administration or related with an interest in development. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Good administrative and organizational skills with attention to details. 4. Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize in a fast paced environment. 5. Initiative to work with a minimum supervision. 6. Excellent IT skills including competence with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook in particular). 7. Possess own transport and able to work outstation when required is preferred. Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month Benefits:
