Scope of Work:
Administration:
Maintain various agreements, documents, forms and formats as per pre-defined formats (latest version).
Maintenance of attendance records and notifying the concerned authorities.
Providing support to other departments and managers.
Ensure that quality and cost control is maintained in all departments.
Ensure clean office environment.
Maintain procedures manual to ensure consistent performance of routines.
Check deadlines on incoming requests and put preliminary work in play
Managing office supplies, upkeep & maintenance.
Tendering:
Organizing tendering activities: Coordinating with departments involved in tendering, such as operation, finance and human resources.
Managing customer requirements: Coordinating customer bid requirements and communicating with customers.
Preparing tender documents: Preparing technical and commercial proposals, and ensuring they meet client requirements and company guidelines
Managing relationships: Managing relationships with customers and stakeholders
Tracking tender status: Tracking tender due dates and results, and preparing reports on the status of tenders
Liaising with departments: Liaising with technical, contract, and procurement departments for advice
Attending meetings: Attending meetings with clients throughout the bid cycle
