Job Description


  • Requires 1-2 years of e-commerce or sales experience, or no experience (but confident in quick learning).
  • The company is Taiwanese, so reading traditional Chinese characters and good Mandarin skills are required.
  • Office: Kepong (work from office)
  • Good communication skills, high attention to detail, strong focus, sense of responsibility and obedience, willingness to work as a team.
  • Proficient in Word/Excel/Google Sheets/documents, good basic computer skills, typing speed of 50 Chinese characters per minute or above.
  • Willing to accept (early/late) shift system (10:30-20:00/19:30-04:00).
  • Willing to accept (rotating shift system), 10 days off per month (excluding public holidays), the company particularly values (attendance) good, (not taking leave, arriving late, or leaving early) behavior.
Responsibilities
  • Perform office tasks and undertake other temporary tasks assigned by the supervisor.
  • Update, verify, and check company website information, computer files, and data.
  • Use communication software to contact, communicate with, suggest to, and serve customers.
  • When interacting with customers, maintain politeness, patience, and enthusiasm to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Although there is no need to develop customers, the job includes sales tasks.
  • Actively work to achieve the company\'s planned KPI goals.
