Field Operation Technician
Job Description
Locations: Central, Northern and Southern Region
s:
To supply competent and certified technician to work hand in hand with U Mobile team to handle 1st level on site response which requiring site visits & restoration of service.
Maintain and operate U-Mobile 3G/LTE network (deployed with Huawei/ZTE/Nokia equipment (both RAN and Transmission). To attend to first level fault and alarm at U-Mobile's TOC.
Other equipment and facilities include power and electrical facilities like ACDB, AC and DC power and structural facilities like air-conditioners / heat management systems - to ensure that these facilities are in working conditions
Attend to any ad-hoc request for support which includes meeting/discussion/dealings with LL/BM/Tenant/Local Authority etc.
Respond and support any request from Regional Heads/Leads on any ad-hoc scope which is not related to site equipment.
To report any fault detected on the network equipment and facilities to U Mobile's Operation Managers.
