Regional Management: Oversee and manage the sales team in Johor area, ensuring they meet or exceed sales targets.
Develop strategic plans for the assigned regions based on market trends, competitor analysis, and sales data. Sales Development: Identify potential areas of growth within the regions and implement initiatives to capitalize on these opportunities.
Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper distribution across all retail outlets in this areas. Relationship Building: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors in this regions. Training & Development: Organize training sessions for the sales team to enhance product knowledge and improve sales techniques.
Mentor and coach sales representatives, helping them to develop their skills and advance in their careers. Budgeting & Forecasting: Forecast sales trends for each region. Reporting: Present monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports for both regions to upper management.
Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and devise strategies to address them. Compliance: Ensure all sales activities in both regions comply with company policies.
