Job Description


  • Independent and resourceful team player with good interpersonal skill and ability to deal with all levels of people.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude for building strong customer\'s relationship.
  • Good leadership skills: pro-active with positive working attitude and able to work independently.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation.
Responsibilities
  • To lead the sales team to achieve sales target and all KPIs set by company.
  • To conduct sales meetings to manage sales funnel.
  • Report sales results to the Management in a timely manner.
  • To recruit, train and develop sales team members.
  • To provide guidance and coaching to sales staff to meet targeted sales objectives.
  • To maintain good reputation and increase business turnover.
  • Proactively identify & develop strategic business plans, new market opportunities & expand market coverage.
