Job Description

Meet the annual goal set by reporting manager and product company. Execute the tactics, aligned with company strategy, by leading supply chain chain related activities including, but not limited to, supply chain localisation, cost reduction, NPI support, capital equipment for production, contract manufacturer support.

The Role

• Continue supply chain localization activities and localize key components in Asia
• Neogiate product cost with vendors to meet annual CC7 goal
• Manage new suppliers for NPI programs and control cost of new parts
• Support capital equipment, tooling, fixture order for production capacity increase
• Review SIARs within factory before submission for management review
• Work with contract manufacturer for suppy chain improvement

What we expect from you

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering
• At least 10 years experience in capital equipment manufacturing environment successfully leading supply chain related initiatives.
• Extensive knowledge on both commercial and customized mechanical/electrial parts including, but not limited to, compressor, pressure vessel, heat exchanger, sheet metal, copper tubing, transformer, cables, switch, etc
• Extensive knowlege on Asia suppliers and demonstrated experience on supply chain localisation, should cost analysis, cost reduction and managing supplier relationship.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, diverse and dispersed team environment.
• SAP knowledge an advantage.
• Experience working with contract manufacturer and drive supply chain improvement/
