Job brief:
We are hiring a talented Sourcing Specialist for supporting our recruitment team and helping us find qualified candidates in a timely manner.
Job Responsibilities:
- Understanding the ongoing hiring needs of their business and establishing the right sourcing mix to generate a strong pool of talent for open roles
- Drafting & publishing attractive job advertisements and managing responses
- Reaching out to target talent via social networks (e.g. Jobstreet, Indeed, Linkedin)
- Designing & conducting engaging talent outreach campaigns
- Speaking with applicants about requirements to drive applications & engagement
- Doing the first-round screening for applicants & ensure a strong candidate experience
- Log candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System and other internal databases
- Identify future hiring needs and proactively source potential hires
- Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree, Primary / Secondary School or equivalent in Human Resource Management
- Preferably at least 1 year of related working experience.
- Familiarity with resume databases, social networks and professional sites
- Ability to multitask and handle various positions simultaneously
- Exceptional verbal and non-verbal communication skills
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- A keen eye for details
